By accessing or using PulsIO at pulsio.mu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PulsIO is operated by Chetak Infinity Limited, a company registered in Mauritius. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
PulsIO is a real-time geospatial intelligence platform for Mauritius providing live weather, utility alerts, cyclone tracking, traffic information, marine and flight tracking, community reports, and related data services. The platform operates on a pulse-based access model with free and paid subscription tiers.
You may browse PulsIO and fire your first pulse without creating an account. To save your preferences, access additional features, and maintain your pulse history, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
Each account is limited to a specific number of simultaneous active devices based on your subscription tier. If you exceed your device limit, the oldest active session will be terminated automatically. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Free accounts receive one pulse per day. Paid subscriptions receive additional pulses as specified by their tier. Pulse counts reset daily at midnight Mauritius time (UTC+4). Purchased pulse top-up packs do not expire. Automated, scripted, or bot access to the pulse system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Paddle's customer portal.
Users may submit community reports about local conditions including power cuts, road incidents, flooding, beach hazards, and other events. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of reports you submit. False or misleading reports may result in account suspension. Reports require verification from a second user before appearing on the live map. Chetak Infinity Limited is not responsible for the accuracy of community-submitted reports.
PulsIO aggregates data from multiple third-party sources including the Mauritius Meteorological Services, the Central Electricity Board, the Central Water Authority, news outlets, and international tracking networks. While we strive for accuracy, Chetak Infinity Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. PulsIO is not a substitute for official government warnings, emergency services, or professional advice.
